Deep crimson in colour with blackberries, dark cherry and hints of spice on the nose. Smooth and long with refined tannins and hints of cedary French oak. Premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes crushed, de-stemmed and fermented with twice daily pumpovers. Majority matured in a combination of new and used oak barrels.
